This simple recipe is a great one for the kids to help out. Simply bake the cookies using Easter themed cookie cutters, top with some melted chocolate and cover in hundreds and thousands.

Easter nest cupcakes
If you find the bunny cupcakes a bit fiddly for you, try Easter nest cupcakes. These work well with any flavoured cupcakes which have a chocolate icing. You’ll need a piping bag to create the nest look with the icing and simply top with some Easter eggs of your choice.
